Last night it was reported that the Pats released Sterlng Moore on waivers. By all accounts it has caught everyone off guard. Most sports writers are surprised. Sterling himself has been quiet about it. Best wishes to him.

Pats acquire CB Aqib Talib from Bucs at the trade deadline. Unfortunately, letting Moore go and picking up Talib looks like a great move.

The Buccaneers traded cornerback Aqib Talib to the New England Patriots on Thursday in the only reported trade before the league deadline.
