Ticket question

Post by CA Mustang »

When do tickets for the bowl game go on sale? Less than two weeks till the game and I haven't seen anything online or otherwise. If they are using the direct mail approach, I guess I need to keep checking my mail box!

Update - Okay, I see a link for buying tickets in the online ticket center. But why no promotion?

I emailed the ticket office (in accordance with instructions posted on smumustangs.com) about donating any tickets I bought. Naturally, crickets.

I would like to buy some tickets and donate them but don't know how and hate to just blow money without using them.

If I recall, doesn't cusa pick up the unsold tickets from the school? If so, what's the point of promoting? It's not like someone is going to see an email and say "OMG, I totally forgot about the Hawaii bowl, let me just grab one of these $50 tickets an head on over for the game"

The ONLY promo I would expect to see would be a whole travel package, but nobody bites on those bc never the cheapest way. Ever.
Ok this is getting ridiculous...I agree with Dutch on THIS ONE POST by him totally

True, the MC packages aren't aimed at the budget traveler.

However, what would be a cheap trip to Hawaii in late Dec.? Even flying (Allegiant or some charter airline) plus 3-4 nights in a decent hotel would probably start at $1,100 per person.

Always sparse attendance unless the Rainbows are playing. We're used to embarrassing attendance... it's a tradition.
