Looks like Sanders is a restricted free agent, and at 25 years old (already??), he is the old man of Pittsburgh's WR crew.
Last year, Mike Wallace held out for huge bucks and didn't get it, agreeing to a one-year deal. He'll want major money, and Pittsburgh's GM has been quoted as saying it's unlikely the team will use the franchise tag on him.
The Steelers aren't a team that throws around crazy contracts, so I'd guess that they won't keep both. The question is, which would they try to keep? And if Sanders leaves, where does he end up?

Miami could really use a receiver. Davone Bess is the best they have and he's really a slot guy.
Re: Emmanuel Sanders' future?
Sanders stays and plays 2013 on a 1 year RFA tender, a breakout campaign will net him big money from some team. Wallace is as good as gone.

Seems like lots of injuries and fumbles - we'll see - best of luck to him.
Re: Emmanuel Sanders' future?
You're not the first to suggest that. I'd hate to wish that on him, but he could be a really good fit in Dallas.

I doubt it but then again I'm a skeptic of most people. Hopefully if he does go to big d then he will do stuff with his alma mater.SMU2007 wrote:Would love nothing more than to see ES playing for the boys. Would get him more involved with smu football as well
