SMU dark horse for Aggie QB
Co worker today said we may be the dark horse for A&M's QB transfer. Supposidly this QB was going to be the starter up to the week before the season...
May be good for us, but I am kind of getting tired of our big brother's hand-me-downs...

Re: SMU dark horse for Aggie QB
Jameil Showers announced yesterday he was leaving A&M-he is leaving with best wishes and in good standing. He projected to be A&M starter before Manziel took over. If SMU really is thinking about running a more spread-like offense and wants to it before 2016 then they might want to consider. Speculation I read included Tech and Baylor where he could play NEXT year because he will be GRADUATE TRANSFER at end of year and still has 2 years to play. But I doubt he'd consider SMU because we have returning starter at QB. Baylor looks like best bet-he could start against us next year

Florence exhausted his eligibility, he graduated at the end of 2011.

I've wanted this song to be our stadium intro song for a long time: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5_5oE0ijhKg

Just think, this guy was ahead of the Heisman Trophy winner on the ATM depth chart about 7-8 months ago. Bet he ends up at Tech...

Last home game of the year. Imagine completely black uniforms, head to toe. Except for a chrome Mustang on the matte black helmet. And we play that song as we come out of the tunnel.

The contrast between that song and the pre-game speech they just received from June would probably instantly put them in a state of bodily shock. Bodies in a pile in the tunnel. Cool song though...I'll PM you the stadium music guy's email. A lot of my suggestions, he's played.

Would need to be at an early season "rent-a-fan" game. Check our last home game of the season the past couple of years..........ponyboy wrote:Last home game of the year.
