IFL Texas Revolution

Post by malonish »

I went to the Texas Revolution game in Allen last night. It was a pretty fun time and the team seemed to mesh really well. Final score 103-22 against North Texas Crunch. Former 'Stang J.T. brooks was an O Line starter.
Leader of the Band-itos.

Do they market the team? I agree with ECM, 103 points?

It was a pretty ridiculous game. No offense to the Crunch but they did not belong on the same field. One Rev DB had 4 INTs. I was there and I attest to the 103 points for sure. They broke the 100 mark with a 33 yd pass with 12 seconds left in quarter 4. It was a pretty fun game with a decent crowd that pulled an SMU student section and dissipated at halftime because they already had like 80 points. I put the official Malonish stamp of approval on the Texas Revolution and especially the cannon mascot, Alamo.

I'm with you -- I'm also glad that J.T. gets to keep playing a game he enjoys and make a couple of bucks while doing it. Good for him.
