Trinity Forset Golf Course

What's the skinny on the golf course that SMU is developing with the city of Dallas and AT&T? Will it be public or private? What does SMU get out of the deal? Is the new SMU golf learning center going to be on site? Will SMU students, employees and alum get to play for a reduced fee?

But in brief:

1) Semi-Private
2) We get new golf and equestrian facilities
3) I'm pretty sure the Golf Learning Center is being built at the Dallas Athletic Club, so no
4) Reduced fee - I have no clue.

At projected Initiation Fees to the club at $150,000 each, it should be nice.
