Re: Cole Beasley in studio with BaD radio today
Cole made the most of his opportunities in preseason last year and forced the Cowboys' hand. That's all you can do as an UFA. I think as the season progressed, Romo was trusting Beasley more and more. I fully expect him to be a pretty significant part of the Cowboys passing game next year.
Back off Warchild seriously.

Which was maybe twice during Beasley's time at SMU?

Probably. I know we played TCU at home and Army in the bowl game Cole's junior season. Both games had Ford rocking.

June is well known for throwing the fans under the bus and creating an us vs them bitterness amongst the players.

you would know
Re: Cole Beasley in studio with BaD radio today
The armed forces bowl was certainly not "rocking" by anyone's definition other than someone with season tickets to rice. Stadium was pretty full but it was far from a real college game atmosphere. Tcu game probably our best showing.

Hard to cheer watching a complete meltdown and lack of preparation against one of the weakest bowl teams, at home.SMU2007 wrote:The armed forces bowl was certainly not "rocking" by anyone's definition other than someone with season tickets to rice. I agree. I'm tired of being bashed as a fan. Do something impressive before you expect impressive crowds. Show us a Hawaii-type effort, at home, against an impressive opponent once or twice before you start whining about the crowd.
