Vikings.com lists two players at #48: Zach Line and Matt Asiata, who was the 3rd running back on the team last year. I have no doubt that Zach will win the number and the roster spot

Both players are going to be at training camp, so it can be assumed (I guess) that one or the other will be issued a new number.
