Was the arrest recent? Doubt SMU admin likes that. Although they were going to overlook the stuff with PG Josiah Turner. Also, June does like second chances.

Plead down to trespassing.

In February he pleaded guilty to a reduced city violation charge of second-degree trespassing. He was assessed a $200 fine plus court costs. Boozer, from Everman, Texas, was a two-time all-district selection at Everman High School and rated the No. 42 outside linebacker in the 2012 recruiting class by ESPN.

Listed by Mizzou at 6'2" 230 and as an outside LB in their 4-3 scheme. He'd be pretty big for a safety, is that the position he would likely play here?
