These big conferences are not going to fill their bowl slot up, especially with the b10 and others shying away from 1aa scheduling.

Basically a bowl for Syracuse or Rutgers now maybe for both with Syracuse in the ACC and Rutgers in the B1G. That bowl with be hurting if they don't get a northeast team.

This whole bowl thing seems like a cartel. The P5 playing each other cutting the AAC and MWC out along with the other G5, or...am I wrong and it's all about attendance? I hope we in the American make some backup deals with the bowls on the lower rung of the P5. However, in truth, I don't care much which bowl we go to unless it is one of the playoff bowls.

Looks like the ACC will be a player in the Beef O Brady's Bowl against AAC. Will have American on one side, with 3 years ACC, 3 C-USA on other side.

Also, armed forces bowl will likely go to the AAC as well. B1G will be sharing a tie with the Armed Forces Bowl in Ft Worth (2 out of 6 years).

Making some small strides on the bowl front to play more P5 teams, even though we lost Belk and Pinstripe.

Hahahaha - most fans can't afford to go to the Hawaii Bowl. Been there, done that, and did it very well ... twice - let's start piling up more bowls where people can afford to make the trip.

This bowl should never have existed. It was a total waste and it is good that it has been eliminated from the many "who cares" bowls.
