As one of the younger generation of football fans the best college coaches I have ever seen live would be:

College: Bob Stoops, Lloyd Carr or Mack Brown (pre 2010)
NFL: Jimmy Johnson

I wish I would have been around to see Bear Bryant or Darryl K Royal
