The Targeting Rule
This crap has to go... The Cal player that put a hit on the NW QB just got ejected and did NOT even put a hard hit on the guy... Now this kid will be suspended for the first half of the next game (equal to manziels suspension) ... Ill post a link of the play when it comes up.
