Is he still injured? Terrance Williams had a terrible game last night so hopefully he'll see some action next week against KC

Not injured. Like I said in the other thread, he doesn't contribute on special teams, so it's hard to carry a 5th receiver that doesn't. He'll be active for some games later on. Terrance will get more chances because he's a 3rd round pick. Undrafted free agents have to earn everything they get, unlike a high draft pick that'll keep getting chances. No doubt Cole will be active for some games later on. This happened to him last year too.

I think it's 46 now. I know it used to be 45. Most teams don't have starters on offense or defense on special teams, so there's very little room for backups that don't play special teams.
