They play there once a year. Didn't they used to have an annual game at Texas Stadium or the Cotton Bowl prior to Jerry World's opening? Or am I thinking of something else?

If I remember correctly, that Lone Star Conference Shootout, or whatever it's called, played at the Cotton Bowl.
