I'm sure they are going down there with every expectation that they can win. No point in calling yourself a competitor if you don't. It's a great opportunity for them because there are virtually no expectations: you win and it is world-altering; you lose and it is what was expected. They can play relaxed, have some fun, and try to take out a big dog. Not a bad way to spend a Saturday. I just hope we don't suffer any injuries.

The one tiny advantage we may have is there's no reason for us to be tight going into this one. Play with nothing to lose. I'd love to see us throw some trick plays in early to try and catch A&M off guard

You don't have to worry about the players, it's a certain coach who probably already has this one "penciled in" as a loss.

For sure they will be ready to roll and looking forward to playing in front of a big crowd. The big weakness of Jones is not getting the kids ready for gameday battle emotionally.
