I think football, basketball and baseball get an overhaul.

Assistants to be swept out with them.

May consider football assistants/ OC/ DC's looking for employment?
Special teams/Offensive line/Recruiting coordinators??

If OU puts another beatdown on UT, and that is a high probability. Mack will announce the week after that he is retiring at the end of the 2013 season.

LHS81- you might want to change that to read 'as soon as' instead of 'if'. :P

I fully expect the sooners will put a good beat down on the whorens.

Should be interesting to see how Texas does against Iowa State this week.

Let's assume Mack Brown retires at the end of this season, will Dodds head up the coaching search, even though he will step down next August? Or does this mean, UT will have a new AD in place before this year is over so the new AD can over see the coaching search and Dodds "assist" him until he steps down in August. It is possible UT could be looking for a new football, basketball and baseball coach before the end of the 2013-2014 school year.
Maybe this does open the door for Brown to become the AD.

Apparently nobody is following UT's BB program. Barnes is toast, not that he would have survived anyway.

Would love to see SMU play UT this season in BB, we would smoke them.

My guess is next year.

As far as Mack Brown, I cannot imagine him being named AD. I would not want to be a coach hired by the coach that I am replacing. It went on at Arkansas and was never a comfortable situation for any of the coaches hired by Broyles, even when successful. He may find a place in administration but I would not think AD.

Darrell Royal stayed on as AD for four years after he stopped coaching.
