4* and 3* bookend DEs

..not at SMU, but Arlington Martin whom I saw play tonight. The 4* has offers from everyone including bama LSU ATM etc..oh and TCU of course...smu naturally wasted no effort and didnt bother to offer.The 3* has offers from most of the big 12..SMU interest but no offer.

The 'why bother' approach is aggravating and more so in person. What's more, the 4* kid is #6 in the country at his position..think about how in hoops we went out and GOT the #2 pg

The WDWHA committee doesn't look favorably on recruits who already have a BCS offer, much less multiple ones.

just watching the High School Highlite Show and they were talking about that Arlington district being one of the Top 5 Districts in Texas. Find a salesman-they are in our back yard in the Metroplex. North, South and West of us-not as much to the East

Unfortunately this tends to lend credence to the "just collecting pay checks" opinions posted on pf.com. It is hard to comprehend how we are not even offering kids like this much less even trying to win them over.

As you can tell, I'm not a member of the exclusive WDNWHA committee. I was going with "Didn't" rather than "Did Not," clearly a non member mistake. But regardless, that whole committee deserves to get with JJ and take a break. Perhaps away from the Mainland to a state with its own time zone...

Arlington Martin is just too dadgum far fellas for our recruiters. There are just too many metroplex schools
