Another interesting fact, Beasley's yards per catch was higher than the average for the team. Not bad for a possession receiver.

Its such a cliche now to label a guy like Cole a "Wes Welker" clone. The fact of the matter is that Beasley is incredibly athletic and gets separation damn near every time he goes out for a route. He has clearly earned the trust of Romo and the coaching staff as he has become Romo's go-to guy on 3rd downs when the Cowboys need to move the chains. Defenses are so worried about Dez/Witten/Williams/Austin that Beasley is matched up with a LB or a safety nearly every time. He is going to win that matchup one on one 80% of the time and has proven that so far this season.
