Individual Tix for AAC Games?
I know the mini plan is out there. But what's the story on individual tickets for AAC games? Will they happen? Or all be tied to a mini plan? I'm trying to figure out how to go to UCONN and Louisville games.

Louisville won't be available to the public. There might be singles and a few pairs for UConn but they will be in the upper corners was the last I heard from a guy in the sales department. I may also have some if you know what you're looking for.

probably worth buying a mini plan ...im sure individual tickets will be just as much or more for many seats

That is absolutely absurd. There is no way they sellout the entire coliseum without any single-game sales. That's a lot of baseline seats to sell. They're just trying to up sell you. They'll go on sale to the general public in early December on Ticketmaster, just ask the Ticket Office: [email protected]

You gotta remember the brokers get a good chunk of those tickets, then season ticket holders have the option to buy their tickets. By the time the public gets their turn, there won't be anything left. Last dog to bowl sort of thing. They won't be on sale for Louisville and it's not a sales pitch. You think a broker is turning down Lousiville tickets? It's no different than any other school, it's common practice when there is demand. This is coming directly from the director of tickets, not some student intern that monitors the SMU ticket email.

bottom line. you want to make sure you can make the best games - part with some dough and get season tickets. If you are a mustang fan whats the hold up? The next three years of basketball might be as good as it gets.

So you want the two best games? At the lowest that would cost you $50 face probably, and they will be top row corner seats. Spend $99 and get the best six games.
