The Cincinnati game was on channel 47, but I can't find this game anywhere.

Looks like it is only online through ESPN3

I never can remember-are all games on ESPN3 free online-most of the time it seems I can get games free on ESPN3. I know I've seen other games a bunch on ESPN3. Maybe when I signed up I synched with my local Dish Network subscription and get it free-but I'm never sure about ESPN3. Apparently the Ocho is not available in my vicinity

Why is SMU v. USF listed as (Exclusive) when most games aren't-does that affect anything

That is why I think there may be a problem getting it with Dish. I used to get ESPN 3 years ago when on Dish but I cannot get them now because Dish is not a network option. But I can get it through the SMUmustans.com site.

DirecTV is not a network partner for espn3.
