Shut down the program

Whoever our next coach is whenever that happens is going to need about 3 recruiting classes to get up to par on talent and speed.

I just don't see any high profile coach wanting this job. Will need to find an up and comer with some fire in his belly who will (hopefully) use this job as a stepping stone. With any luck, that can be our reputation in the future...a place where young coaches get their start and then go on to coach big boy football

watching our game in front of what few loyalists SMU & Houston have and then switching over to watch the end of Iowa/Nebraska and then turning to LSU/Arkansas is a harsh reminder that we are still playing minor league football

Everybody and mean everybody has their price. 4 to 5 million should do the trick.

If the C of C can pay that kind of money, then I would push hard to sell Chad Morris, but I don't see him taking this job

He would be good, but I do not see any amount of money bringing in a head coach from a P5 conference.
