According to RGT at a meeting we had with him, yes. They hope to put in a provision that will allow poor programs to play in and replace sub/par teams.

We are in the have nots beginning in 2014...they have already selected the schools they want.

The only schools with any hope of going P5 are Cincy, USF, Houston, UCF, SMU, Boise, UNLV and BYU. That's it.

We have to win and win big, deliver Dallas and pack the house. No one realizes how important that is!

We will have to be able to provide the provisions that the new divisions will have such as increased stipends etc.

I always thought this is how conferences should be ranked. Base on bowl performance, total rankings, etc. The MWC should have been promoted in football and Big East relegated a few years ago.
