Well, Al Quaeda doesn't have "Athlete friendly" majors and also has a hard time attracting and accepting JUCOs.

And yes, they are replacing Tulsa in the WAC. No running game whatsoever, but they can really throw "the bomb." (Sort of a run-and-shoot offense)
