Evan Daniels @EvanDaniels Matt McQuaid, a top 100 wing, just informed Scout that he has committed to SMU.

Awesome. Big get. Had a friend tell me he'd seen a lot of Grandstaff and McQuaid, and thought McQuaid was the better player of the two.

We beat out some big time schools for McQuaid - UT, OU, Baylor, A&M, K-State and Missouri. Kid can flat shoot and has nice length.

BOP- if we don't sign anyone else this year and roll over a scholarship into 2015, I think we have eight to give.

Outstanding. If we can add Gilder and Elijah Thomas that would make for one hell of a 2015 class.
Back off Warchild seriously.

I think 5 maybe 6 but not 8. This might be the reason they backed off of Cornish.

Yanick, Cannen, Manuel, Head, Tolbert (if eligible for 2014-15), and Mudiay's bro all graduate, I believe. Plus Mudiay most likely a one and done. That's seven right there, plus the one scholarship from '14 if we don't use it on this year's class.

What makes you think we backed off of Cornish?
