Brian Miller gets medical redshirt

I talked with Brian before the Oral Roberts game and he disclosed that he has been approved for a medical redshirt giving him 4 years of availability. He is very personable and a great addition to the program. I also talked with Quinten Ross's dad who was very friendly and excited about his son's progress in school. He is a political scientist major.

I forgot to mention that Brian's back operation is scheduled for Thursday. Keep your fingers crossed that it goes well. There is nothing worse than a bad back. I know because I have one. It amazes me how these athletes can still play after having back problems.
