This is the big question. Who are we using. Same folks as before that brought us Jones and then found him for ASU?

The committee will be SMU people:
Hart,
Turner,
Plus the guys/gals writing the big checks
Plus a faculty rep so the Spanish Teachers don't go nuts on us.

If I was running things, I would try to have Larry Brown join the committee.

We used Executive Search for the LB hire and it was a disaster - we ultimately hired LB but that wasn't due to Executive Search
