You are correct, it is not a done deal. The parties apparently agreed in principle last night and things must be signed and a game time found. ESPN could still balk, but then it is likely that Fox will pick it up and air it.

Snyder noted last night that he is pretty confident it will be done by today (as being on), but if it wasn't, there will be no game.

ESPN is the issue that has been the problem this entire time.
