The only real comparison between SMU and Memphis is this:

Kids in Dallas study hard, take the SAT multiple times, etc so that they can get into a school like SMU.

Kids in Memphis study hard, take the SAT multiple time, etc so that they don't have to go to a school like Memphis.

Correct me if I am wrong, but there hasn't been anything officially announced about a recruiting scandal. We have guys like Pat Forde, Jeff Goodman, etc insinuating that this is all tied back to recruiting and Ulric, but until we have the facts let's pump the breaks on calling this a recruiting scandal. At the moment, we have an athlete ineligible for GRADES, and an Asst Coach on leave. Who knows what really went on, but I know one thing, you @sshats certainly don't.
