hopefully replaced with some one who talks College football rather than ice hockey-so sick of his patronizing "College sports are minor leagues I don't have to time to care about" attitude

Seems to be a news blackout-can't find answer with Google

I always thought that the overall dismissive attitude towards college sports on Dallas sports radio was weird when I was living there.

When I wasn't at an SMU game, I'd always be at some bar to watch college football on Saturdays and most of the places in Uptown were packed with college football fans but the local sports radio guys all acted like nobody cared about college sports and dismissed college sports as 'minor league', etc.

I mean, I get that the Cowthings' latest failure is always going to be the big topic in Dallas on sports radio in the fall but I'd think that they'd be smart enough to realize how many people love college football in the area.

At least The Ticket broadcasts SMU football games. The guys on The Fan say improper curse words more than SMU or TCU.

Me, too. I'd rather watch paint dry than listen to Sturm take 2 minutes pontificating before asking a generic question. Hardline sucks - Rhyner doesn't care anymore and Corby is a sports idiot.........
