Blake Carlisle with a fumble recovery in the backfield and disrupting a running play in the backfield. Carlisle is the freakishly tall, skinny kid wearing 17 playing a stand up DE in these plays. Not sure where he plays in college. Never get to see highlites where I can check out his speed. Dickenson is one bad [deleted] 6A Football team-I think they are averaging 60 points per game and they have a great defense. Competitive for 6A Title berth

yeah but I'm not sure he has the speed to play that position. He had a very slow combine 40 early in the year so I'm looking for some evidence to discount the slow 40 time. He actually looks like he might still be growing-looks 6-4 plus

Carlisle's Dickenson team is one bad [deleted] 6A Football team averaging over 60 ppg and has scored at least 60 in every game. But tonite Carlisle an SMU commitment slated to play the Star position caught a 20 yard TD pass.

But get this-it could have been much worse. The game was littered with penalty flags - including 20 against Dickinson for 207 yards. Five of those infractions erased touchdowns by the explosive Gators. So technically they could have put up 95 points

First time we've seen Blake Carlisle play Offense this years-looks like he almost had 3 TD catches-one he dragged players to the 1 yard line. I bet another TD was one of the 5 TDs called back for a penalty because I think he really only scored on the 20 yard pass

Carlisle is really starting to be incorporated into Dickenson offense. (In fact the video is all offense). 2 catches, 1 crack back block that blew up defender for a big gain and another block at point of attack breaking about a 50 yard TD run. 42-0. Undefeated 6-0 on the season

very interesting highlites from Blake Carlisle (No. 17). Even though he is about 6-4 rail-he's tough-Carlisle had sealing blocks on at least 5 runs that accounted for about 220+ yards rushing. They obviously found a weakness on his side of the field and put him at TE or an inside receiver. He also had an outstanding catch for an 20 yard TD.

that RB making all those runs is a Rice commitment that is having one of the best seasons in Texas. SMU offered him at the last minute but he decided to commit to Rice the next day. Good player. Dickenson has a real chance to represent the South in 6A Championship. Dickenson beat Brazoswood 42-7

if we don't get Mahone or Ja'Ron Wilson we might. The Rice commitment (named Jordan Myers) was offered as a WR and had a great year last year-think he was All-State. This year moved to RB and is even better

Carlisle split wide-not a TE this week-had 1 catch for 8 yards in this video-also had 3 separate blocks on one rushing play that went for a long TD run. I guess he's no longer playing on defensive side of the ball

Dickinson survived Alief Elsik 31-28 in the First Round of the playoffs to go 10-1

Carlisle made a 30 yard catch on a post route which gives you an idea about his speed

Dickinson wins 26-23 over Pearland in a heart-stopping 4 OT game. Game was 7-7 in regulation
