Probably depends on who they can fill the schedule with, SMU needs a winnable schedule not a SWC meetup.

2016: UNT, Baylor, TCU
2017: UNT, TCU, Ark St
2018: UNT, Mich, TCU
2019: Ark St, UNT, Tx St
2020: UNT, Tx St,
2021: UNT
...
2024: UNT
