How about that for an argument.

The result of the widely accepted bad call at the end of the 1st round NCAA tournament last season, SMU was essentially banned from last season's tournament.

Add to that the arguable shaft job SMU got the season before when they were excluded from the tournament.

I'm sorry to have to say this, but the 30 for 30 Pony Excess film did way more to hurt this athletic program than anything that has happened since the actual DP. I deeply regret it was ever produced.
