Doak Walker Plaza
It may just be wishful thinking on my part, but when I went by the campus this morning I noticed that there is a contractor ripping up the existing pavement on Airline Road at the south end of the section that is to become Doak's Plaza...hopefully that means they are finally starting the construction of the plaza!!!
SMU's first president, Robert S. Hyer, selected Harvard Crimson and Yale Blue as SMU's colors to symbolize SMU's high academic standards. We are one of the few Universities to have school colors with real meaning...and we just blow them off.
