If he is prepared to sue that would be more like Johnny Manziel. Now we will see what happens now that the NCAA is going against someone that has lawyered up like Johnny Manziel.

Even if they lose the appeal, does he still remain on scholarship for the year like an academic redshirt?

I would think it would be like Proche. Proche keeps his scholarship with us but has to redshirt.

My initial question on the Tacko Fall situation is why did a basketball import go to a NCAA uncertified school. Someone dropped the ball.

Given that he uses his stipend to pay for his brother's schooling back home I would hope so.
