It's funny. Most here slayed him and dad as they came off as divas.

I see it that way too.

Over at the UCONN board they seem split. Many posters defending him.

We would be a terrible fit for him given his issues at Ohio State. If he thinks Mata is [deleted] him for blowing a defensive assignment wait till he sees what happens if he blows an assignment just in practice with Larry. That said, if he sits next year he in theory would give nice shooting guard depth after Keith graduates (and Shake playing more point).

If LB thinks he can work with both of them than go for it. The kid is a legit scorer. I thought when I saw him play in HS he was better than when KF was @ Kimball. AG can score anyway he wants, where KF is pretty much a j shooter imo. Also, he played HS ball @ Rockwall with Xavier Castille, so maybe they have talked about SMU, campus life, etc..

I coached against Wes for several years in AAU ball before AG grew up ...yes indeed Wes is a trip. But AG can plain light it up---very confident player all the way around...he didn't have to play much defense anywhere he played. Would love to have him...LB can control daddy Wes.
