Cronin's Post game

Post by Pony_Law »

Does anyone have a link to his post game comments? I keep seeing references to what he said but I can't find any audio or video.

I like Cronin and I like the way his team plays. And he was a very stand up guy. No excuses, here is why we lost.

they made shots at home and hung on to win; they cooled off after a hot start in Moody and lost. Pretty simple. I think we are looking at two pretty good teams that hopefully will both represent the AAC well in March Madness

interesting how Cronin doesn't mind being critical of his players to the media but with Jank you never hear anything negative. Only praise.

If I were a player I'd prefer Jank's public praise and private critiques.

If we play again it's gonna be a war. They are gonna go inside and hit us hard. But I live our guys to respond. Very proud of this team.

He got out-coached. I've rewatched the second half twice now. Our defensive adjustments were genius.

like they didn't "body" Ben on the very play that saw Ben called for his 5th foul? He's a "subtle" poor loser

I don't see it that way. He's doing his job....and very well. I do agree that I prefer Jank's praising to Cronin's public diss of his guys. Both ways work but I'd rather have a "loyal dog" than a "fearful dog."

Again...so lucky to have the team and coaches we have today after all that SMU hoops has been put through.
