Well, he is a 5-star top 20 player that we have recruited heavily for quite awhile. He has a ton of offers including Texas, OU, Baylor, TCU, Michigan St, UCLA, Okie St, Florida St and LSU. We officially hired his dad today as a player development coach. So, all the recruiting experts now have him going to SMU.

Thanks for the info! I didn't know he was related to the coach we just hired and once I went through that thread, I had most of my questions answered lol

If he actually commits, and qualifies, and shows up on campus. And doesn't commit elsewhere, fail to qualify and go play pro ball, or not be admitted and go plat at UNLV.

Which is the case for every recruit moving forward but thanks for clearing that up for us.
