Stallion - I also saw that. Hopefully, some powerful universities such as Harvard, Yale, Princeton and Stanford will push back hard against that. However, I ask if you think there any arguments that such a levy is unconstitutional? Not saying there are. Merely, asking your view on it. Thanks.

I remember an article where smu had the worst return rate in the country on a 1b+ endowment. Hopefully this doesn’t actually go through.
