Thank You Navy

Post by ponyte »

Yes, we lack speed at the LB position. And yes, we don't have dominate D line.

But Navy just insured HCCH will be at SMU next year.

This has to be one of the least prepared SMU team in a very long time. On both sides of the ball, we look totally unprepared. Absolutley clueless and it seems we can't make any adjustments.

And that is nothing but coaching. This isn't a lack of talent, this is a lack of an entire coaching staff, lead by HCCM that hasn't prepared their team.

Nobody with P5 ambition to compete at a much higher level is giong to seriously consider HCCM when its obvious he didn't prepare his team on both sides of the ball. And this is a team, on paper, that doesn't have the same talent leval as HCCM has now at SMU.

HCCM needs to recruit and prove he can beat teams he should beat to get a better offer than his current gig.

Agree, unless it is a lower tier P5 school looking to take a chance.

But I thought Chad said we spent a lot of time scouting and talking to other teams who play navy and had success stopping them. How could this be?

If it were just the D, he would still be a potential candidate. But the O is getting dominated by a D we should run up and down the field.

Game over. That loss is on the coaching staff.

You can't get outcoached every first half and expect to win. Thank goodness for the easy OOC. No way aggie offers Chad after this. Good for us.

A 3 point loss on the road to Navy won't stop anyone from wanting HCCM. He gone.
