he might be the owner of the Dallas Cowboys one day. He's only 5-10 but puts up crazy numbers. We've got a cloudy backup situation in coming years. Plus he can go to Dallas Cowboy games while at SMU. Tech has reportedly offered-he doesn't want to spend 4 years in Lubbock. We could probably put him on scholarship at mid-term. Win-Win

I heard his dad on the radio yesterday and he said tech offered a blue shirt scholarship.

He's not a bad athlete. This is a slam dunk yes, it seems to me. You'd have to have a coach who's ok with involved family though.

That must be new. Last I heard he only had a Tech offer and was awaiting a UA one.

Trust me. It may not be listed but I have some inside contacts on this and it is true. It is also believed he will never see the field. It is a legacy deal.

According to Twitter, JSJ has an offer to be QB at Davidson. Wouldn't that be a good deal? Actually compete to be QB at a prestigious academic college? Must be a desire to be at a "big time" athletics school.

I believe you. I was shocked that he hadn't received an offer from them given the connections.
