Tired of Ponies? How about the Mavs?

Post by Mike Damone »

9 in a row! Just when I was starting to get really frustrated by this new team. As much as I don't like Antoine Walker's game, did you see his shot last night to win the game?

Just read they're trying to pick up Scott Williams, the center that played alot on the Bulls first 3 championship. He's old, but will bring a few quality tough minutes down low and some much needed leadership in the locker room.
The attitude dictates that you don't care whether she comes, stays, lays, or prays. I mean whatever happens, your toes are still tappin'. Now when you got that, then you have the attitude.

Its easy to be a Mavs fan, but funny that two weeks ago the rumor was Nelly was finished in Dallas. I guess it goes to show if Dement reels off 9 wins in a row, feelings would change quickly. Nothings set is concrete yet.

True, but I think that is highly unlikely. - Dement. I was really suprised how they were writing in the papers about Pat Riley and nonsense like that...they weren't out of it at all. I was a fan back in Reunion during the drought years with the 5-10K or so that would show up....feels a lot like the Ponies of today.

Unfortunately missed the game last night.
