Is is a ploy by the university to try and gain leverage to lower his 10m buyout. They can’t afford it, so they are trying to knee cap an Alumi. Predict this to get really really ugly.

UNLV needs to STFU and give Menzies another year or two. They ran an Orsini level search before and may not be happy w/this years play, but he's had 1 class. They hated the Beard hire too, which shows what they know.
