Took down some fat and put on more muscle - Quickness.
He looked more thick and not just large in size. Also noticed the sway... does not like to stay still.
Hope our bigs are all like this.
Go Mustangs

Physical, physical, physical. I love it. Some of these guys just needed a position coach that was going to push them every day to get better and train harder.
I never believe the weight and height on a roster, so not sure if so many people have actually sprouted to 300. But to the naked eye, the team looks noticeably bigger. The smaller linemen like Choate and Ndukwe look like slightly larger linebackers compared to the other defensive linemen.

His development, IMHO, is one of our primary keys to success this year. If he can be a consistent/solid back up DT and can go at 100% for 25-30% of all defensive snaps, that will be huge. He has all the potential. If he can be a run stopper, that will go a looong way.
