As I recall, GP's track record is to internally invesigate after a credible outside report is made, never release results of the investigation and assert that there is no problems internally in his program. A similar strategy seems to have followed the New Mexico charges. Sad, I think he owes the victims an apology for not stepping in with consequences for a player who clearly needed both consequences and help.

Not following up with a player, who then skips a court appearance but continues playing should be looked upon like continuing to play a grade-ineligible player by NCAA.

I agree. Missing court date should be an automatic suspension.
