Couple pics of my Mom. Got her a jogging suit for Christmas and sister got her shoes. She taught Statistics and Calculus until retiring in 1988. In 47 was hired as a female prof. Rare back then.

After a few months of stretching and conditioning she wanted a trip back to Dedman to run the indoor track.

JJ and shoes have been grossly overstated. The shoes were dropped on the field... next to the wall. JJ was asked to put them on and walk back to Hawaii.

Great pics! Love Coach Hook. He taught the swimming course I took for PE at the now-gone outdoor pool. Summer, 1987. (Kato Armstrong was in that class too). Still see Coach Hook at the UP pool. Like your mother, the guy is ageless
