New transfer
Linebacker from Auburn. Immediately eligible with 2 years to play.
Re: New transfer
HUGE addition, and at a position where we needed a little extra help. He was a back up as a sophomore on one of the best defenses in the country. If not for his neck injury, hes probably a starter at Auburn right now.

Football or not, I hope he's ok - neck injuries are scary things.

Last year's Auburn roster listed Richard McBryde as a 6-1, 231-pound backup Sam linebacker

Have to hope the kid's neck is OK. Assuming it is, a top 200 national recruit with offers at Auburn, Alabama and Florida is HUGE.

Re: New transfer
Wondering if we should just recruit about 2/3 of our scholarship allotment to allow for more talented transfers coming back to Dallas.
I would like someone in the know to layout who all the departures were to allow Coach to bring in so many transfers? How many recruits are left from pre-Sonny days?

Re: New transfer
Sonny & Co doing a nice job building a roster that will hopefully be competitive sooner rather than later. Nice to have a bunch of guys on this staff with experience and contacts compared to the previous staff. Looks like Chad & Co have picked up 5-6 transfers but guys not nearly as highly rated as the guys Sonny & Co are getting.

Not sure on the entire list, but only 3 ended up at a P5. Thedford, Onu, and Hicks.

Picks with the starting job at Arkansas should be fun to watch.
Wait till he get blasted by a real defensive end. That pout body language to follow.
