Probably the most important game of the season based on our proximity in the standings and it being the tie-breaker since we only play once this season. Not that I have any say in the decision-making, but the way we play today will probably be the single biggest game in determining whether I think Jankovich can get it done at SMU or not. It is a road conference game, where we have struggled mightily this season, immediately following our worst loss of the season. Winning this game would prove to me that Jankovich can actually coach the team up against a similar quality team and that the team has his back and still plays hard for him. Lose and this team should forever be known as Soft Mustang U.

Hard to believe we are only down 6. Tulsa has 12 points in the pain to SMU's 0 and we are being extremely careless with the basketball with 5 turnovers. Also, I guess we should keep shooting from 3 as we are struggling to make layups and dunks too!

This team just stinks on the road. Sloppy play, too many careless turnovers and Chargois in particular has really regressed and completely lost his confidence offensively. As usual, this SMU team lives and dies by the three

One boneheaded play after another. It's not a blowout, but much like when we play Cincinnati, a 6-8 point deficit feels insurmountable. This game is really not nearly as close as the score reflects.
