Tulane has a knack for giving games away but how about Tulsa with yet another comeback win...and doing it with their 3rd string QB after a disappointing fumble call when it looked like they were driving for a score on his 1st possession after entering the game. Pretty impressive and fitting that # 23 was the guy who ended that game with the pick 6.

I think the refs did Tulsa another major favor on the last drive of regulation

Tulsa QB was sacked around with just over a minute to go and a holding penalty was called on Tulane. After the call was announced, the clock did not start again until the snap and there was no 10 second run-off for an offensive foul? Without this, there is no time for the Hail Mary at the end of the game.
