It’s game day! The most important game of the season today! Pretty much a must win to avoid sweating the rest of the season and selection Sunday. Here’s hoping KD comes out firing to make up for the pair of duds against Memphis and the rest of the team is up to the task and supports him. With Tyson Jolly getting into a groove and Yor Anei also available I think we have a chance. Let’s do it! Peruna, trample Shasta!

Houston destroyed us on the boards and had 18 offensive rebounds last time out against them. Bandoumel also played what was probably his worst game all year and couldn't hit the wall going 1-9 from the floor and 0-6 from three. K.D. took on the bulk of the scoring and also had 8 rebounds in that game but had only 4 assists vs 4 turnovers, so we really need everyone else to step up. Feron was tenacious and pulled down 12 rebounds with 7 coming on the offensive end but we need to do a better job on the defensive end and match Houston's intensity for 40 minutes. Going to need McNeill back and manage everyone's minutes to be able to match Houston's energy.

Houston can’t score but it doesn’t matter because they are getting what seems like 4-5 attempts each possession. SMU needs to do a better job securing rebounds or shoot lights out. SMU is doing neither so far.
