According to his social media, the former SMU forward has signed with the Dallas Mavericks as an undrafted free agent.

Super happy for Feron and his family. He maxed out his talents under Jank and will now have more time and resources to improve his game (along with the chance to bring some hometown notoriety to the SMU program). Will definitely be purchasing that Mavs jersey.

Waived by Mavs yesterday...an undrafted rookie out of SMU, joined the Mavericks on an Exhibit 10 deal, the organization will retain his G League rights. He's expected to begin his professional career with the Texas Legends.

I was really hoping he would stick! They seem to have given him an extended look so at least they saw something they liked.

He seems to have put on a bit of muscle, which he desperately needed. His athleticism is great, he just needs a consistent shot to work as a 3.
